Introduction


C: Bulk Add to Cart App is used For Add Multiple Products or Add Multiple Quantities to your Shopping Cart.

The App makes this process much more comfortable for customers.

With it, Customers can add multiple products and add all to the cart with a single click.

In the Product List View , Customer will be able to Insert the Quantities for each Product and click the main Add to Cart button in the top or in the bottom of the product list.

App Setup Steps


Step 1: Enable the app embed for your theme by following the instructions below.

Go to Online Store → Themes → Current Theme → Customize → Theme Settings → App Embeds and enable the C: Bulk Add to Cart embed as shown in the screenshot below.

Step 2: Collection Template for BulkCart

  • Go to Admin → Apps → C: Bulk Add to Cart → Dashboard, then scroll to the Setup: Collection Template for BulkCart section.

  • Click Download Template to get the app file (collection.multiple-addtocart.liquid) as a ZIP file.

  • Extract the downloaded ZIP file on your computer.
  • Open the extracted folder and copy the contents of the collection.multiple-addtocart.liquid file.
  • In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Edit Code.
  • Under the Templates folder, open or create a new file named collection.multiple-addtocart.liquid.

    Create New Template File

  • Replace all existing content in the file with the copied code from the downloaded template.
  • Click Save to update your theme.

✅ Your BulkCart collection template setup is now complete!

Step 3: Assign Multiple Add-to-Cart Template

Follow these steps to apply the BulkCart template to your collections:

  • Go to your Shopify admin and navigate to Products → Collections.
  • Select the collection where you want to apply the BulkCart template.
  • In the Theme template section, select collection.multiple-addtocart from the dropdown.
  • Click Save to apply the template to your collection.

💡 Tip: You can repeat these steps for other collections where you want to enable the BulkCart functionality.

General Settings


Go to Admin → Apps → C: Bulk Add to Cart → General Settings

Use the General Settings page to configure how your products, categories, and cart options are displayed within the Bulk Add to Cart app. These settings allow you to control visibility, limits, and design behavior of product listings.


1. Product Display Settings

Control visibility of product details and cart-related display options.

  • Show ‘In Stock’ Quantity: Display available stock quantity.
  • Show Product Image: Show product thumbnails in the product list.
  • Show Brand/SKU: Display brand or SKU information for each product.
  • Show Categories Sidebar: Enable or disable category sidebar on the collection page.
  • Show Sort By Toolbar: Display sorting options like Price, Name, or Date.
  • Preset Qty Value: Define a default quantity for all products in the bulk cart view.
  • Show Checkout Button in ‘Cart Popup’: Choose whether to show the Checkout button inside the cart popup.

2. Multicart Settings

Manage how the multicart bar appears and behaves on your store pages.

  • Show Multicart Bar: Toggle visibility of the multicart bar which allows customers to add multiple products at once.
  • MultiAddToCart Bar Position: Choose the position of the multicart bar (Top, Bottom, or Both).

3. Limit Settings

Restrict how many products and categories are displayed in the bulk add-to-cart layout.

  • Products Limit: Set the maximum number of products to display per page.
  • Categories Limit: Set the maximum number of categories to display in the sidebar.

4. Label Settings

Control visibility of product labels such as ‘New’, ‘Sale’, and ‘Soldout’.

  • Show Labels: Enable or disable display of product labels.
  • Show ‘New’ Label for Products Added Before this Number of Days: Define how many days after a product is added that it should be marked as "New".

5. Product Image Hover (Flipper) Settings

Customize hover effects for product images.

  • Disable Product Image Hover Effect: Turn off the flip animation that shows the secondary product image on hover.

💡 Tip: Click the Save Settings button after making any changes to ensure your preferences are applied to the storefront.

Language Translation


Step-1: Go to Admin → Apps → C: Bulk Add to Cart → Language Translation

Step-2:  Now, select Language from Translation Settings.

Step-3:  Fill all field for particular language and save it

Language Translation

The Language Translation section allows you to translate static text and labels used in the Bulk Add to Cart interface into different languages. This helps store owners provide a localized experience to customers based on their preferred language.


1. Language Selector

Use the dropdown menu (e.g., Translating Spanish) to select the language you want to translate. Once selected, all editable text fields will display reference text in English and editable translation fields for the selected language.


2. Translation Table

The table consists of three main columns for easy translation management:

  • Field Name
    Displays the internal name of keys used in the system. These are primarily for reference and should not be changed.
  • Reference (English)
    Shows the default English text that appears in the app. This helps you understand what each field represents.
  • Translation (Selected Language)
    Editable text boxes where you can enter translations for each English term in the selected language (e.g., “Variante”, “Precios” for Spanish).

4. Save Button

After entering or modifying translations, click the Save button to store your changes. Translations are saved per language and automatically applied to the storefront interface when that language is active.


5. Key Notes

  • Each language has its own set of saved translations.
  • Default English text is used if a translation is left empty.
  • You can update translations at any time without affecting other settings.
  • Translations will reflect instantly in the frontend once saved.

Tip: Use this feature to provide a seamless multilingual experience for your global customers by translating key interface elements into their native language.

How to Change App Design / CSS



Want to use your own CSS or styling for the Bulk Add to Cart app?

  • Go to your Shopify admin and navigate to: Online Store → Themes → Customize → Theme Settings → App Embeds.

    Open the app embed block named CWS - Bulk Add to Cart. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a section called Design Customizations as shown below:

  • In the Design Customizations section, you can add your own CSS code wrapped inside a <style> tag to override or customize the app’s default styling.

Manual App Uninstallation Steps


When you uninstall the app, Shopify does not allow apps to automatically remove files from your store. Therefore, you need to manually delete the app-related file from your active theme (or any theme where you installed the app).

To remove the app file manually:

  • Go to your Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes.
  • Click on the three dots (⋯) beside your current active theme and select Edit Code.
  • Under the Templates folder, locate and delete the file named: collection.multiple-addtocart.liquid.

Path: Templates → collection.multiple-addtocart.liquid

Once this file is deleted, the app code will be fully removed from your theme.
